Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@ruebushcustoms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to supplier restrictions. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.
