SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping takes 5–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Multiple Shipments Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different suppliers. You may receive separate tracking numbers — this is normal and your full order will arrive.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ruebushcustoms.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only.
