REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@ruebushcustoms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ruebushcustoms.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized orders and items marked as final sale.
